As an environmental initiative and a way to give back to our community, 345 California has partnered with Alveole to move toward a more eco-conscious city by taking honey bees under our wing and hosting one hive on the 3rd floor roof above the Loading Dock entrance. 345 California Parking Garage is a premier parking facility providing ample space for tenants and visitors to the building and for guests of the Four Seasons at Embarcadero employing a full valet operation. The garage entrance is located on Battery Street. It is professionally operated by LAZ Parking. Garage amenities include a universal dual port and a Tesla electric vehicle charging station.
Garage hours are as follows:
Monday through Thursday: 6:00am-7:00pm
Sunday: 9:00am- 5:00pm
Cars may be retrieved after hours by contacting Building Security at the Pine Street loading dock and remitting the full day(s) rate.
The Bike Parking Area at 345 California features sixty-six (66) spaces along with forty-four (44) lockers for day use, a Dero Fix-It station, and an Air Pump. Secured via key card access, the Bike Parking Area is for the exclusive and complimentary use of 345 California Tenants.
If you are interested in using the Bike Parking Area, please fill out this waiver as we will need this waiver to grant you complimentary access. Once we receive your completed waiver, you will be given access to the Bike Parking Area through your Building Access Card (the card you use for the elevators or 345 Fit).

On the lobby level, the new tenant lounge (“The Room”) is for exclusive use of tenants in the Building and incorporates high-end furnishing, streaming TV and small meeting rooms and booths.
In the 345 California arcade connection between Sansome & Battery Streets is ARTCADE.345. ARTCADE.345 is a series of 65-inch high-definition digital displays of continuously streaming artwork in all forms, curated by Daylighted daylighted.com. QR codes are placed in each vitrine so one can learn more about the artists. The exhibits change regularly. The theme for the exhibits will vary and may feature a single artist or local artists, may be a particular medium such as photographs or watercolors, or may be a single subject such as landscapes, nature, or abstracts. A state-of-the-art fiber optic backbone network in 345 California Center supports a variety of building tenant connections, telecom service provider connections and building automation systems. The most modern eABF (enterprise-based air blown fiber) system was the structure of choice due to its extremely fast installation time, efficient use of space and ease of expandability.
The fiber extends to all points within the building - making tenant telecommunication connections fast and inexpensive. Building tenants with multiple floors have a readily available fiber network to connect their private networks. Network Service Providers (see list below) ride the fiber backbone to make fast connections without expensive vertical cable runs to their customers located in any part of the building.
The unique fiber backbone network and all telecom services are fully managed and monitored by expert professionals. Building Management retains a riser cable management company as well as a full-time telecommunications manager who work together to oversee all telecom services and facility deployments.
